Here are some frequently asked questions.

• Do you ship internationally? Yes we do!
• How long does NZ shipping take? All our parcel are aimed for overnight courier. However inter-island and rural can take longer. In busy seasons and long weekends can effect delivery time frames.
  
• Do you stock NZ brands? Yes we stock New Zealand brands and international brands.
• Can I return sale items? Unfortunately not. Our sale items are final. Unless they are faulty we follow the Consumers Act.
• Do you offer Afterpay? Yes we offer Afterpay and Zip Pay!
• Where are you located? We currently have 2 locations! Located in Whangamata and Whitianga. The address are located under 'Locations' on the footer of the website.
• I signed up to the loyalty program but I never received my discount code? When signing up you have to make sure you put your first name, last name and email address otherwise it won't add you into the system. Please check your junk folder as the email can sometimes be found in there. If you have done all of the above please email hello@harryandher.co.nz and we will get thats sorted for you!
