Shipping Information
- Free Shipping: For orders over $200 within New Zealand. Please see below for further t&c's.
- Flat Rate $9.50 NZ Residential and $14.50 NZ Rural.
- Australia & International (Rest of the World): Will incur higher shipping rates.
Delivery Times:
- New Zealand: 2-3 working days.
- Australia: Up to 7 working days.
- International: Up to 7 working days.
Please note:
- Delays may occur beyond our control.
- Rural delivery may incur additional charges, and you will be notified via email.
- *Oversized items incur extra charges, this will show at checkout or via email. If your order is over $200 you will still be charged for any oversized item/s.
- Free shipping over $200 doesn't apply to sale items.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout direct from Shipping Carrier.
- We may remove the free shipping option if we have a sale on. This would be storewide even if an item isn't on sale.
Order Cut-off:
If orders are placed before 2pm weekdays we endeavour to have them on the same day courier. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. We do not have couriers operating on weekends or public holidays.
