We hope you love your new purchase :) If something is not quite right, you can exchange the items or receive a store credit within 14 days ( Store Credits will need to be processed manually) Returned items must be brand new & unworn, with original tags attached.

No Refunds are given unless faulty, and we'll meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Email returns@harryandher.co.nz quoting your order number and let us know whether you would like to exchange the item for another size or style, or return it for a store credit. We will issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RA Number) which will need to accompany the item being returned.

Please note: We do not accept returns on sale items, undergarments, or items without a RA Number.

All sale items are final sale; no refund, exchange or store credit will be issued for sale items.

You'll need to organise shipping. We cannot accept responsibility for the item until it is received at our shop, so it is recommended that you use a tracked service.
