We hope you love your new purchase! 😊 If something isn't quite right, we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days. Store credits are processed manually. Please ensure that returned items are brand new, unworn, and have the original tags attached. 

Please note:

• No refunds will be issued unless the item is deemed faulty. We'll adhere to our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
• We do not accept returns on sale items, undergarments, or items without a Return Authorisation Number (RA Number).
• Sale items are Final Sale. No returns/ exchanges or store credit will be issued.
  If item is deemed faulty we will adhere to our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

How to Return or Exchange:

1. Email returns@harryandher.co.nz with your order number and indicate if you would like to exchange for a different size or style, or if you prefer a store credit.

2. We will issue you a Return Authorisation Number (RA Number), which must accompany the returned item.

3. Repackage the item securely, include the RA Number, and ship to either address below:

Return Shipping:
You are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for the item until it is received at our shop.
