Email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and let us know whether you would like to exchange the item for another size or style, or return it for a store credit. We will issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RA Number) which will need to accompany the item being returned.
Please note: We do not accept returns on sale items, undergarments, or items without a RA Number.
